What we do
Six ways we help a product get built — and stay built.
Discovery & Technical Scoping
We map what the product needs to do, for the business and for the person using it, before any design work starts — you leave with a scoped plan and a fixed price.
Learn moreInterface Design
Screens built from a real component system rather than one-off mockups, designed against the states your product will actually hit in production.
Learn moreApplication Engineering
Frontend and backend work, hand-built without unnecessary framework overhead — code your next engineer will actually want to inherit.
Learn moreSystems Integration
Third-party APIs and internal tools wired together and tested against real data, not just the sandbox environment.
Learn morePerformance & SEO
Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and structured data handled at the code level, with a fix list you can act on immediately.
Learn moreCare & Iteration
A standing lane for fixes, small builds, and the next round of iteration once real users are on the product.
Learn morePricing & packages

How it works
From first call to launched product.
Scoping Session
We talk through what you're building and what's actually blocking you right now.
Fixed Proposal
A written scope and price before anything starts — no open-ended hourly guessing.
Design Pass
Real screens early, in short visible loops rather than one big reveal.
Build Sprint
Engineering builds against the approved design, QA'd on real devices and edge cases.
Launch & Support
We ship it live, document what we built, and stay reachable after launch.
7-day satisfaction window on every project.
Tell us within 7 days if something's off — you get built-in revision rounds, and if it still doesn't fit, we'll talk through a partial refund based on the work completed. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

Before you ask
Frequently asked questions.
We quote a fixed price after a short call, based on the package or à la carte item that fits — see the full breakdown on Pricing. You approve the scope in writing before billing starts.
A single-deliverable project usually lands in 5–7 business days. A full package runs 10 days to 4 weeks depending on scope.
Every package includes built-in revision rounds — from 1 up to 5 depending on the tier.
Access to any existing brand assets, a point of contact who can answer questions during the build, and sign-off at the agreed milestones.
We stand behind the work under the terms in our Refund Policy — tell us within 7 days if something is off and we'll fix it or talk through a partial refund based on the work completed.
Yes — every package includes a post-launch support window, and after that we're available on a standing retainer.
About us
A small studio, built to stay small on purpose.
DigitalStackBureau started in Tucson as one person taking on web and product work directly for local businesses. There was no studio name yet — just a habit of answering the phone, scoping honestly, and shipping on the date we said we would.
That habit is still the whole philosophy. We keep the team small on purpose, so the person who scopes your project is the same person who's reachable while it's being built.
We work in fixed-price packages instead of open-ended hours, because scope creep is usually a pricing problem wearing a different costume. You should know what a project costs before it starts, and so should we.
Who you'll actually work with
Agatha Havier
Your first call and the person who stays on the project from kickoff to launch.
Noel Ferreira
Turns approved designs into components that hold up under real content and real traffic.
Priya Chandrasekaran
Owns the interface system so every screen ships consistent with the last.
